At xMilano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all xMilano tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
